This pendant is made from sterling silver with a stainless steel ball bearing. It measures 5/8" in diameter by 1/8" high with a 5/16" hole in the middle. The ball bearing is trapped within the channel, moving freely but unable to come out.
The pendant hangs from a 16" long 1.5mm round snake chain that’s finished with a secure lobster clasp.
This design was inspired by my desire to make things that challenge one's usual notions of jewelry. I love to make pieces that incorporate moving parts and enjoy figuring out new ways of doing this.
