“Help! I don’t know my ring size!”

Gold and silver are wonderful, infinitely malleable materials. But once our rings are finished, they can only be stretched or squeezed so far. Generally, most completed rings can be resized by half a size or so (but this varies from ring to ring). So we do our best to get it right the first time.

Because jeweler’s measurements and tools are not standardized, they are not always consistent from jeweler to jeweler. Visiting a local jeweler or knowing the size of another ring you already own, while helpful, is not always accurate for our purposes.

And so… we would be HAPPY to send you a free plastic ring sizer. Using our little ring sizer is an easy way to determine your size, or to double-check if you think you already know it. Our sizers are calibrated to our tools, so using one is a great way to get it right. Bonus points: if you use our sizer and your ring still requires a size adjustment, we will waive the resizing fee and charge only for shipping. Otherwise, a $25 fee will apply for simple resizes (stretched bigger by up to a half size), and a restocking fee of up to $75 will apply for returns or exchanges.
